Nice overall experience. Everything there were nice, including cleanfacilities. Amiable, outstandingly accommodating staff towards all guests. A huge variety of goodies for breakfast.

Comforts of queen room were fabulous - a fridge, coffee/tea makers, and a sitting area. All the necessary was there, including bathroom with walk-in showers.

The staff - some of them were not so helpful.

Lovely hotel in a PARTICULARLY GOOD position in the middle of jackson. Reasonably spacious room and nice sized bathroom with hair dryers, a walk-in shower, and bath sheets.

Our stay there was comfortable! Truly enjoyed our 1 night here. The idea to include tea and coffee making equipment, and a fridge in the standard queen room was nice. The staff were affable and the wake up service and ironing were free of charge.

Celebrating new year's in this hotel was an amazing experience. The staff members were attentive, friendly, and professional. The pool and hot tub facilities were great for unwinding and relaxing. The location of the hotel was convenient, with easy access to major tourist attractions and restaurants. The quality of the bedding provided was impressive, ensuring a comfortable and peaceful sleep. The addition of a complimentary breakfast was a great touch, with a decent selection of fresh and delicious food offered.

The absence of a microwave in the room was quite inconvenient, making it difficult to warm up food. the noise level was a bit high, especially during the day, which can be a bit of a problem for light sleepers.
